Hi,
Where is there a good fish store around here? I don't mind driving 30 min. Here is some pics of Jack & Obie. Keep in mind for Jacks, I am still trying to get tannins out of the water so it is very murky. The best one I have of Obie is at the pet store because he blends in to the red murky water. I will take more pics when I get the water clear. Thanks.

Lindsay

Nice fish you have there, don't worry about tannins.

If you wood is small enough you can boil it and it will release a lot of the tannin as the pours open, then when it goes back in tank it may stop or be reduced.

Wow, you have a very nice JD. He is super colorful, all the stores around me carry washed out JDs, even mine are washed out no matter what you do to them.. I think its cause mine are always pissed off though...
