I'm new to this site but have been keeping oscars for a long time. My first oscar was when I was highschool. I had him for almost two years but unfortunately my tank got broken so I had to put him in the pail for a couple of days with only aeration but he didn't make it and died. I shifted to flowerhorns but then again, there's a rotational brownout here in our country that time due to power shortage and all my flowerhorns died.
Last January, I visited my friend who owns a local fish store. I saw three lovely oscars then I remembered my first oscar and think if I could get a new one since I have lots of empty tanks. And so I bought one, because I know keeping oscars requires huge space and my largest tank in here is only a 55gal.
Here's my buddy..
