The good die young - because they see it's no use living if you've got to be good

Thanks Scarteam :fro:

well my o's are at my mom just 's and im preety sure the water quality is preety off. not enough to hurt them just not tended to properly. my mom is slightly disabled and cant do the water changes like they should be done. about every three weeks i can get up ther and tend to the tank. i know its real bad that i cant tend to the tank properly but ive moved away and im out of a job right now so its been hell tryn to get them down here. i missem so bad . when i do have them the water is normaly in great condition. and oyou sex oscars by the eyes on ther backs right???? ima feel like an *donkey* if i got twqo males or two females and im thinkn they are breeding.

Patience...and things will start your way.Always count on a better tomorrow :fro:

Far as sexing Os,I'm skeptical on the "spotting" notion.Just too many variations in color and tank-raised Os are far removed from the original wild-types if there was anything to it.The only sure way is to actually see one lay eggs...after that, venting.Just do a search on that on the forum,as it's come up many times.Really decent pic of what to look for too.I'd link you but I'm on a POS netbook.
Just think about it.
