well i figured that they were used to that water it had the bacteria and the temp so transfering that to the new tank and then adding the rest needed it would be like a wate change for them and mabey it wouldnt stress them out so much. That was my thought prosses anyway.

Temperature part possibly good,bacteria no...most of that is in the filters and on the surfaces in the tank. Really only transfering waste products.
Just filling the tank with same temperature dechlorinated water,then firing up the mature filters and adding fish would have been like a 100% water change.

Hey I have a question off subject. Can I feed Guppy fry mysis shrimp??? its so small I figured they could get it down.

You can feed them whatever they can swallow...if it looks too big for them then it probably is.

Brine Shrimp might be more in line to start with,working up to Mysis as you go.
