sera super peat

Would this be good to use in my filters for my Oscar tank?
Will it help my male oscar finally get in the mood to fertilize eggs?

This time around will the fourth round. It'll probably be next week sometime that they'll breed again. That's when I'll see if he'll fertilize the eggs this time instead of eating them.

As Alan says,it just soften water and pulls down pH. Better like "tea" color water too.

The male O will get there...sooner or later.
Just think about it.

Aaaaahhhh...forget that tea color water.I like my water to be crystal clear and I work hard to maintain the clarity of my water.

Since your conditions are already prompting attempts, the only thing I'd add to the mix is.....patience. ;D
Any day is a good day for watching the fish swim........

Yep,don't monkey with what's working.

If had a dollar for every time someone wanted advice on getting Os to spawn just once...
Just think about it.

I'm just starting to think to let O's breed when it's time for them to breed. Not to buy anything or do anything different. They'll do it when they're ready and that's all there is to it.That's the big secret to breeding O's.....
