911 before you post for hith

Postby fishysocks2012 » Thu Feb 25, 2010 1:41 am

you should have a topic that is locked on 911 that says read here before opening hith topic. Have pictures of sensory pits and explain that they are normal, many people could mistake it for hith.

We do have a stickied post in the Oscar forum titled "Is your Oscar healthy" that does exactly that.

yes but often when people are worried they just go straight to the 911 forum, this suggestion will enable them to look to see if they had diagnosed the "Problem" correctly. This could save space for real emergencies

No matter where you post the article most people don't read them and we will always get them posting their question as they look for personal help even though the answers are on the forum.

How many times have you seen the same question on filters, Oscar mix,, tank size,, and countless other questions where the same answers are given out for the same problem time and time again.

Folk think cuts are HITH, or that sensory pits are HITH, these people want to post for reassurance and will no matter what is posted elsewhere.
