Nice to see some pics
I don't see any reason why you couldn't go with your plan of attack.

Defector to Reef keeping.

I like to glue animals to rocks and put disturbing amounts of electricity and saltwater next to each other

my makita is compact enough to work on the sides with room to spare, so I will just have to have a practice on some old panes of glass before I try it out. Maybe tape a string level on top of the drill too so I can keep it level. Still have to join MASA, so organizing the cutting bit will have to wait

"I used to be over by the window, and I could see the squirrels, and they were married, but then, they switched from the Swingline to the Boston stapler, but I kept my Swingline stapler because it didn't bind up as much, and I kept the staples for the Swingline stapler and it's not okay because if they take my stapler then I'll set the building on fire..."

Just needs vinegar. There is no scummy stuff in it, only calcium carbonate deposits.

It looks like died off coraline. Just wet it and use a scraper. I had to do it on 2 180 gal tanks and that is all I used. If you don't get it all off don't worry because coraline will grow over it.
