Resealing silicone question?

I'm about to re-seal a 20 gallon for use as a diy sump on my big tank and read online (maybe even here) that is is ok to use the GE Window & Door Silicone I. Is it in fact not an issue to use this one as opposed to the silicone II, since that one has mildew inhibitors that would be harmful to the fish. I figured that the $4.50 per tube price was much better then the almost $20 per tube price of the one from all glass aquarium. Thanks in advance all!

Ditto.
Any 100% pure silicone is safe once the volatiles are gone...that would be the acrid vinegar smell.

Wow, seems like I saw the Specific Aquarium Silicone at a LFS for 8.50$ per tube..

$20 is insane!

I know, thats what I was thinking! It used to be cheap, but just this year I remember paying like $7 or $8 for a small squeeze tube of it.
