Ugh. And what about PO4?
I'll definitely stand by my recommendation of a "planted" tank if you can not use "cleaner" water. You might also try running a second filter with some Purigen (or add to your current filter if there's room).

In order to get rid green algae there is need to Install a pond filter. A if there is clean and proper working condition pond filter the algae production can be stop . The other way is to use the UV sterilizer whose function is to destroy the cells of algae and does not add any harmful chemicals to the water.
